Likewise, as you begin, the tools and implements you need are in plain sight, but later you’ll need to spend some time searching for them. Like something from a fever dream, the campaign sees you and up to three others dropped into increasingly complex environments and told to, essentially, pull someone physically limb from limb, then put them back together with new parts before you can move on. Nothing is ever straightforward including head transplants - who would have known? The Bossa Labs Medical Facility is as much a character in this game as your fellow surgeons and seems to be totally trying to sabotage your surgical career with its labyrinthine corridors, devious puzzles, and tricky traps.Surgeon Simulator 2 is, for want of a better word, insane. Jump in as a solo sawbones or play with friends: the truth is out there! Plunge into frenzied and friendly cooperative operations or lock horns, or scalpels, in free-for-all arcade levels played with friends or other players online. Wanting to inject some creativity? Jump into the Creation Mode and build brand new game levels on your own or team up to build something amazing with multiplayer creation tools.
